The client came to us as a long term investor looking to build a rear strata development to rent out on completion of the project.
Ideally located in Victoria Park, Strata Living was required to incorporate heritage elements into the design of the home, which are characteristic of the area.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
For this rear strata home, Strata Living was required to incorporate heritage elements from the original house into the design of the elevation. The feature weatherboard cladding combined with whole of house render and exposed rafters gave this home the perfect balance of heritage appeal and modern day elegance it required.
