This client came to us as an owner occupier looking to build on a rear block in Dianella. As the client was building this home to live in on completion they opted for a higher level of specification.

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

This project was a fairly standard rear strata development therefore our designers could focus on giving the client exactly what they wanted whilst ensuring the home would comply with council design requirements.

RESULT

Beautifully designed and finished home complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a double car garage. Main features of this rear strata home include a well sized home theatre, open plan living, dining and kitchen space that flows seamlessly to the outdoor alfresco, a large amount of storage space, separate laundry and WC as well as internal access from the house to the garage.
